Applying to CreateAthon is simple. If you are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization within the greater Indianapolis area, just download an electronic or printable PDF file of the application form below. The electronic application may completed online and emailed back to Vision3, but requires Adobe Acrobat Professional. If you use the printable PDF, please make sure it arrives (via mail or hand delivery) by the application deadline. CreateAthon non-profit applications are being made available online and by fax or mail with a return deadline of July 20. Once Vision3 reviews the applications and the selection process is complete, we will notify you by letter as to whether your organization has been invited to participate in CreateAthon 2009. Interested nonprofits outside of Indiana should please visit www.createathon.org to locate a CreateAthon Network agency in your area.
